People in jail can not receive incoming calls.
To make an outgoing phone call, they need to have a prepaid collect call.
To deposit funds, you can go online at Global Tel∗ Link, or you can call Global Tel at (800) 483-8314. Be sure to specify your loved one’s booking number and full name, correctly.

You can mail letters to a person in jail with some restrictions.
